ポール・マッギャン（Paul John McGann、1959年11月14日 - ）は、イギリスの俳優。

リヴァプール出身。ロンドンの王立演劇学校に学ぶ。

兄と2人の弟も俳優。また、息子のジェイク・マッギャンも俳優である。

なお、テレビドラマ『炎の英雄 シャープ』の主人公リチャード・シャープは当初はマッギャンが演じる予定であった。
